GENERALBy commissioning me, you will automatically agree to all the terms listed below.What I can do: - Fanart - OCs - Game characters (e.g. FFXIV, Stardew Valley, any type of player made game characters) - Chibis - Humanoid Characters (e.g. humans with animal ears, tails, scales) - Props (e.g. accessories, stuffed toys, food, weapons, etc.)What I cannot do: - Real people - Brawny characters - Mecha - Heavy goreI can do NSFW, however I do not do NSFW commissions through VGen or Ko-Fi. Please contact me privately on my social medias for more info.I reserve the right to decline your request if I am not comfortable with it or if it is not within my ability.Characters with complex designs might be charged with an extra fee depending on the complexity.Any descriptions of the character or specifications for character pose with references provided are very welcomed.The progress of the commission will be separated into four phases: Sketching phase, Lineart phase, Coloring phase, and Rendering phase.PAYMENTSAll payments should be made via VGen, unless you commissioned me through Ko-Fi or privately (through PayPal link).Full payment upfront before I start working on the commission.Full payment includes the base price + add-ons (if any) + extra fee (e.g. privacy fee, rush fee) (if any).You will receive a low-resolution, watermarked version of the artwork after the commission is completed. The full-resolution image file will only be delivered after all payments are paid including any extra fees incurred during the process (e.g. major revision fee).I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.Failure of payment will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.REVISIONSMajor revisions (e.g. composition/pose/outfit change) can be made free of charge up to 10 times during the Sketching phase. After the quota is met, 5% of the upfront payment will be charged for each revision.After the artwork has reached the Lineart phase, any major revisions will be charged at least 15% of the upfront payment.After the artwork is completed, only minor revisions caused by mistakes on my end (e.g. markings, color tweaks, missing details) can be made free of charge. It is not possible to ask for major revisions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERYPlease note that I might not start working on the commission immediately after the request is accepted due to queues and personal circumstances.You will be notified once I start working on the commission.Depending on the commission type and complexity of the artwork, commission work might take anywhere from 5 days to 2 months.The guaranteed delivery time is 2 months after the commission is paid and confirmed.I will notify you if there are any delays.Please specify in your request if you wish the artwork to be completed within a certain period. A rush fee of $20 might be charged, which gives me a 7 day period to finish the drawing. If I find the request unreasonable or undoable, I reserve the right to decline it.The final artwork will be delivered digitally via VGen, E-mail and/or Discord. No physical shipping will be involved.The default file format is .png (300 dpi). Please let me know if you would like to receive the artwork in any other format.RIGHTS AND USAGEI reserve the rights to the artwork and distribution.For OC/fanart commission, you or the original designer reserve the right to the character and will be properly credited.I reserve the right to use the artwork for portfolio showcases, resumes, or promotions.I reserve the right to post the finished artwork and WIPs on my social media. Should you wish the commission to be made private, a privacy fee will apply (+10% fee).The commissioned artwork is for personal use by default unless a monetized content/commercial merchandising license has been paid for.Personal usage includes but not limited to profile pictures, banners, and sharing the art online.Monetized content usage includes but not limited to streaming assets, monetized video thumbnails, and online promotional materials for branding purposes (e.g. stream schedule art, donathon promotion art, and website art). An additional fee of $50 will be charged.Commercial merchandising usage includes but not limited to any physical merchandise such as keychains, badges, and stickers. An additional fee of $100 will be charged.Monetized content usage will be included in the commercial merchandising license as merchandising usage always involves brand promotion.You are free to edit, trace, or use the artwork in any personal way, or commercial way if you purchased the license. However, please always credit me as the original artist.You are advised to use the watermarked version when posting on social media to protect the artwork.Do not resell the artwork without my permission or at a higher price than what you paid for. This includes any custom designs and assets I made. Please contact me before selling and let me know who the new owner is. Physical goods with a purchased merchandising license are exempted from this.Do not use the artwork for NFTs or any other cryptocurrency.Do not use the artwork to support Artificial Intelligence databases.Do not use the artwork to promote any harmful or criminal content.Do not use any WIPs or rejected sketches for other commissions without my permission.REFUNDSI do not do any sorts of refunds, unless I wasn't able to deliver the drawing in the time period of 2 months. If so happens, you will get a 50% refund of your commission.COMMUNICATIONCommunication via VGen, Discord or any other social media I use.Queries will be answered within 4 days.I might send you questions about your commission. If I do not receive any response from you after 4 days, I will leave it up to my own judgment.You will receive WIP updates before the commission progresses into the next phase. Please explicitly approve if you are satisfied with the work.If I do not receive any response from you after 4 days, I will assume you approve and continue the work.Please be respectful and patient during the entire exchange. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.VIOLATIONIn case of violation of the above terms, you might risk the commission being canceled, losing all the rights to the artwork and WIPs, or being blacklisted without any warning.
